About us
The Dutch director of Orange International Business, Laurens Steen, has been operating in the field of international commerce since 1998 and lives in Brazil since 2001. After working at the former EVD (Dutch Foreign Trade Agency in The Hague), he led the NBSO (Netherlands Business Support Office) in Recife, during 5 years.
In these functions he gathered broad experience in governmental trade-promotional activities and vast knowledge about the Brazilian economy, its sectors, and the local business-culture.
After leaving office he specialized in activities based on commercial agencies. He counts with a vast network of contacts in governmental institutions, branch-organizations and private sector companies, in both Brazil and The Netherlands.
